The custom possibilities are endless with our 'Design Your Own' Jackets, with 6 garment colours, 4 different hoop sizes and the ability to embroider your logo/artwork onto the front and back

With soft fabric, a comfy relaxed fit, and embroidery that’s uniquely yours, it’s perfect for everyday wear, lounging, or layering up on cooler days. 

How it works -

  1. Pick your options: Using our customizer, build your unique Jacket, choosing your size, colour, placement and more!  
  2. Upload your photos: Upload your images of what you would like embroidered - please refer to the image guide by scrolling down. Not all artwork is suitable for embroidery - so please check and read through first!
  3. Customer Notes: Unless stated otherwise, we will size your upload to fit the entire hoop size that you have selected. If you require a specific size then pop a note into the customer notes section, along side any other requests or specifics! 
  4. Review, revise and approve: Once your order is placed, we will digitize the artwork you have uploaded, ensuring to match the thread colour as accurately as possible.  This can take 2-5 working days, and we will email a preview image to you for your approval (please check your spam!). Want a revision?  No problem, we offer unlimited revisions to get your design just right!  
  5. Production and fast delivery: Once the artwork is confirmed, we will create your custom Jacket .  We aim for production and dispatch within 5 working days

Processing Times

Orders based upon our pre existing designs are shipped within 5 working days during peak periods.

Design Your Own and Pet Portrait/Outline designs I aim to provide proofs of your design/artwork within 2-5 working days . Once you have approved your proofs, dispatch is within 5 working days.

I aim to dispatch as quickly as possible and quite often turn around orders quicker than the estimates above, but due to the nature of customisation these times can vary.

Returns

All of our garments are made to order and unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds/ exchanges if you change your mind.

The measurements for each item are listed on the size guide.

If you need any additional measurements before purchasing please do not hesitate to get in touch via email or social media.

We are unable to exchange or return items if you have chosen the incorrect size.

If your item is faulty please contact us within 14 days to arrange a solution

Shipping

Please ensure you enter the correct address details at checkout.

It is your responsibility to check that this is correct and we are not liable for any packages that are lost/ misplaced or incorrectly delivered if you have entered the incorrect address or name details.

UK shipping is free on all orders.

When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking details.

Care

To keep your garment looking its best, wash on a low/medium heat (30c) and hang dry if possible.

Avoid tumble drying, and please don’t iron directly over the embroidery (high heat can damage or melt the stitching)
