PRE MADE DESIGNS

See a pre made design you like but want it on a different garment than listed?

No problem at all, drop me an email with the title of the design and which garment you would like.

Our full range of garment types is available in the Design Your Own collection for your reference.

I will then create a product as requested for you, with access to our customizer to adjust thread colours and any customisations.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders based upon our pre existing designs are shipped within 5 working days during peak periods.

Design Your Own and Pet Portrait/Outline designs I aim to provide proofs of your design/artwork within 2-5 working days . Once you have approved your proofs, dispatch is within 5 working days.

I aim to dispatch as quickly as possible and quite often turn around orders quicker than the estimates above, but due to the nature of customisation these times can vary.

RETURNS  

All of our garments are made to order and unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds/ exchanges if you change your mind.

The measurements for each item are listed on the size guide within the images on the product.

If you need any additional measurements before purchasing please do not hesitate to get in touch via email or social media.

We are unable to exchange or return items if you have chosen the incorrect size.

If your item is faulty please contact us within 14 days to arrange a solution.

SHIPPING 

Please ensure you enter the correct address details at checkout.

It is your responsibility to check that this is correct and we are not liable for any packages that are lost/ misplaced or incorrectly delivered if you have entered the incorrect address or name details.

UK shipping is free on all orders.

When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking details.

EU/US SHIPPING

I do not currently offer shipping to countries outside of the UK. It is something I aim to offer in the future!
