 Simply upload a photo of your pet and we’ll turn it into a detailed piece of artwork, stitched with love onto a cosy, personalised pet softshell you’ll never want to take off.

 Ideal as a thoughtful gift for pet lovers, a one-of-a-kind keepsake, or a meaningful memorial softshell.

  1. Pick your options: Using our customizer, build your unique softshell, choosing your size, colour, placement and more!  Additional pets can be added for those with a larger fur family.
  2. Upload your photos: Pick your favourite photo for each pet to upload within the customizer.  See our photo guidance by scrolling for more info!
  3. Review, revise and approve: Once your order is placed, we will design the artwork for your pets.  This can take 2-5 working days, and we will email the designs to you for your approval (please check your spam!).  Want a revision?  No problem, we offer unlimited revisions to get your design just right!  
  4. Production and fast delivery: Once the artwork is confirmed, we will create your custom softshell.  We aim for production and dispatch within 5 working days.

Processing Times

Orders based upon our pre existing designs are shipped within 5 working days during peak periods.

Design Your Own and Pet Portrait/Outline designs I aim to provide proofs of your design/artwork within 2-5 working days . Once you have approved your proofs, dispatch is within 5 working days.

I aim to dispatch as quickly as possible and quite often turn around orders quicker than the estimates above, but due to the nature of customisation these times can vary.

Returns

All of our garments are made to order and unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds/ exchanges if you change your mind.

The measurements for each item are listed on the size guide.

If you need any additional measurements before purchasing please do not hesitate to get in touch via email or social media.

We are unable to exchange or return items if you have chosen the incorrect size.

If your item is faulty please contact us within 14 days to arrange a solution

Shipping

Please ensure you enter the correct address details at checkout.

It is your responsibility to check that this is correct and we are not liable for any packages that are lost/ misplaced or incorrectly delivered if you have entered the incorrect address or name details.

UK shipping is free on all orders.

When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking details.

Care

To keep your garment looking its best, wash on a low/medium heat (30c) and hang dry if possible.

Avoid tumble drying, and please don’t iron directly over the embroidery (high heat can damage or melt the stitching)
